Campaign

The Toy Soldiers Campaign revolves around the First World War, often called the Great War or World War One. The British Army is the player faction for the main campaign, while the German Army is controlled in Campaign+, and the French Army is controlled in The Kaisers Battle a piece of Downloadable Content. Both campaigns share a few missions with each other, with unique missions filling in the gaps.

Unlock and difference[]

Campaign + is activated after you have completed all Campaign missions. In Campaign + you play the Germans on the same maps but that have changed slightly or are now complete different. The bosses are mostly the same, only different in color. You can already use all towers in the first mission.

This campaign is not directly divided into chapters. However, the history is almost the same as with the normal campaign. With the difference that you change the History, because you fight for Germany.

The Great War begins[]

The Great War Begins, is the first chapter (1914) and the opening of WW1 in the Campaign and Campaign+. It focuses on Infantry, Mortars and Chemical weapons. All three battles are based on real events that took place during the First Battle of Ypres.

Build a defense against a British counterattack!

The British Troops launching a brutal attack against us!

The Dawn of Arial Combat[]

The Second Chapter in (1916) focusses on the creation and the use of Airplanes in war. Large Dogfights for the first time in history are taken place.

Fort Vaux+[]

Defend the skies and establish the "Fokker Scourge".

Hill Cote 304+[]

Defend the hills outside of Verdun on the banks of the Meuse river.

Fort Doumount+[]

Take back the high ground, and defend Fort Douaumont from the French and British counterattacks.

Tanks![]

The Third Chapter (1916-1917), Missions Zero Hour: 07:20, U Day, and Battle of the Ancre in Order is the first Chapter to introduce Tanks.

The British are close to a breakthrough south of the Somme. You must stop them!

Seven Days of relentless Bombardment dredges the attack by the British. Stand Strong!

Battle of the Ancre+[]

The British Fifth Army is on the move. Defend your position!

A End in Sight?[]

The Fourth Chapter (1917-18), is by far in both real life and in-game, the hardest of levels. Both Airplanes and Tanks are included.

Defend Ypers against heavy British ground and air attacks.

Polygon Wood+[]

The British are attacking your Position along the Buttes. Hold the high ground!

The Spring Offensiv+[]

A Final Allied Attack against the German Lines has begun. Stop the Advance!

Golden Cubes[]

You can find golden cubes in each level, when you have found all the golden cubes from the German and British Campaign, you will receive a golden cube for the storage box.
